As president and owner of Powers & Associates since 1983, I have worked hard to establish a reputation for integrity and responsiveness, and to continually educate myself within my professions. I became a real estate appraiser in 1978 and a buyer broker in 1986.

Real Estate Appraisal Services
We perform real estate appraisals for all types of properties, residential and commercial. We provide services for legal, financial and private clients. Our territory covers Cheshire County, southern Sullivan and Hillsboro Counties, New Hampshire. We have established a strong and positive reputation with clients and peers for delivering a well documented, detailed and accurate product in both a professional and timely manner.

Exclusive Buyer Representatives
In recent years it became clear to us that there was a .need in the marketplace for real estate agents who represented only the interests of buyers. As transactions have become increasingly complex it has been more difficult for buyers to feel secure and comfortable without their own representative. It is our job, our only job, to serve the best interests of you the buyer. In most cases there will be no fee paid directly by the buyer. We are exclusive Buyer agents!
